How to use Excel to PDF
- 1Choose an .xlsx file.
- 2Pick the sheets, orientation and page size.
- 3Click "Convert to PDF" and download.
Features
- All or selected sheets
- Portrait or landscape
- A4 or Letter
- Header row repeated on each page
- Text wraps inside cells
How the table is laid out
Column widths are sized to their content, long text wraps inside its cell, and the first row is repeated at the top of every page so long tables stay readable. Very wide sheets fit better in landscape. Cell colours, charts and formulas (only their results are shown) are not reproduced.
