How long should titles and descriptions be?
Google usually shows about 50–60 characters of a title and 150–160 characters of a description before cutting them off. Put the most important words first, and write a description that makes people want to click.
What are Open Graph and Twitter Card tags?
They control how your page looks when shared on Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X and other apps: the title, description and preview image. Without them, apps guess, and often pick the wrong image or text.
Frequently asked questions
Do meta keywords help SEO?
No. Google has ignored the keywords meta tag for over a decade, so this generator does not include it.
What size should the share image be?
1200×630 pixels works well on all major platforms. Keep important content away from the edges.
Where do I put these tags?
Inside the <head> section of your HTML page. In WordPress, use an SEO plugin; in frameworks like Next.js, use the built-in metadata feature.
