Decimal hours for timesheets
Payroll often needs decimal hours: 7 hours 45 minutes is 7.75 hours, because 45 minutes is three quarters of an hour. The calculator shows both formats.

How do I calculate hours worked overnight?
Use "Between two times": 22:00 to 06:30 gives 8 hours 30 minutes.
How do I convert minutes to decimal hours?
Divide by 60: 45 minutes is 0.75 hours.
Can I subtract a break?
Yes. In "Add durations", set the break row to minus.
